About Me
Hello! My name is Molly and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I am also a mother to a beautiful baby girl who is 1 year old already! I am located in the centre of Borehamwood, just a 10 minute walk from the highstreet. I live in a 3 bed, semi - detached house with a big garden. The childminding setting is open 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, term time and school holidays. I offer flexible hours in a home from home setting, providing meals and having lots of fun in a stimulating environment.
My Experience
Nine years ago, I successfully combined my studies with working in a nursery for five years. I enjoyed it very much and learnt skills and knowledge that I use to this day.
I graduated from university four years ago and after that decided to take a nannying job for a lovely family with three children under the age of six. It was a privilege to look after them and watch them grow everyday however, it was time for a change and this is when I decided to open Molly’s House!
Molly’s House has been open for a nearly 2 years now. I was lucky enough to have a my daughter during this time! Currently, we have a lovely group of children here most days. We have lots of fun playing and learning as well as building friendships that will hopefully last a long time!
My Qualifications
My qualifications include:
- Introductory to childminding training course
- Education inspection framework
- Safeguarding children and food hygiene
- Nutrition 1 and 2
- Full paediatric first aid
- Ofsted registered
My Availability
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
£65 per day or £7 per hour (please note the hourly rate is only applicable if the child attends the setting for less than 6 hours per day).
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Woodlands Primary School
