My Requirements

A Mediterranean North London-based (Woodside Park) family of 4 is looking for a new warm and energetic *live-in nanny* to work about *40 hours per week* (Week days: split across 7-9:30/10am and 3:30-8:30pm). *Key requirement*: a driver with clean record, who will have use of our automatic car.

We have 2 sweet but very energetic boys - 5 and 6 - both attend the same school, which is 8 minutes drive from our home with easy parking. Our eldest is ADHD.

The nanny would have sole use of her own entire floor in our house with a large double bedroom and massive bathroom - with full privacy as no one ever has to go up there.

Start date: flexible but before November 2026.

Nanny duties will include:
- Waking boys up and getting them ready for school in the morning (breakfast, dressed, bags packed) and most days driving to drop them off at school;
- Collecting from school and taking home or to weekly swim lesson (5 mins from school) and giving them dinner, doing bath, prepping them for bed, and most days doing bedtime;
- Occasional proxy parenting during the 2 times per year when my husband and I are both away for work simultaneously (which happens mid week, not over a weekend);
- Holiday travel during the summer for 1-2 weeks to one of our homes in Greece - again, private floor with bedroom and dedicated bathroom available for our nanny;
- Standard 28 days Annual Leave (inclusive of bank holidays);
- [optional but would be amazing] - 1 weekend per month, 4-5 hours of babysitting.

Nursery duties:
- cooking their dinner (we have an easy schedule of some staples the kids like which our nanny cooks 2-3 times per week);
- laundry - kids and parents mixed loads are mixed together. Only folding after the dryer is required and putting away4
- keeping children’s rooms and play areas tidy and getting the boys to slowly start tidying up after themselves;
- doing daily reading or maths after school and other related work for their development;
- 1 night of week night babysitting - although I’m embarrassed to say we rarely use it, but I’d like to have it available.

This position is for a payroll arrangement (competitive salary) where we would be contributing to a pension too etc.
