About Me
My name is Susan, I'm a warm and Caring childminder from Aveley, South Ockendon. I'm OFSTED registered. I have recieved up to date train in First Aids, EYFS, Forest Education to name just a few so that I can help children to learn and develop no matter how little they are. I believe in kids playing to learn and my setting is inspired by Montessori. I can care for a small number of children so kids can form strong bonds with one another and receive lots of individual attention from me. I also offer before and after school care and holiday care.
I have a previous experience working in a school setting for 3 years. I have 2 lovely children under the age of 5, so I'm used to tears, Nappies and role plays. If you're looking for a childminder in Aveley, please feel free to contact me.

We have had an extremely positive experience since our children started with Susan in September 2025. As working parents, it was important for us to find someone we could fully trust, and Susan has consistently provided a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where our children feel happy, secure, and excited to attend.
Susan is highly flexible and accommodating with our childcare needs, which has been invaluable alongside our work commitments. Her communication is excellent, with regular updates throughout the day including messages and photos that keep us connected and reassured about our child’s activities, meals, and development.
The setting is welcoming and family-oriented, providing great opportunities for social interaction and development. Susan is also very organised and always communicates clearly in advance regarding availability. We have had no issues at all and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a professional, caring, and dependable childminder.
