I am a calm, loving and caring person who has always had a passion for working with children. I started babysitting and helping family members from the age of 12, and this grew into a career path.
I love keeping children entertained, helping them explore hobbies, try new things and foods, and supporting their development through play.
I am caring, fun and adventurous, and enjoy cooking, little adventures and staying active. I have a fully enhanced DBS and bring patience, empathy and adaptability to childcare.
My Experience
I have looked after a wide range of ages from 6 months to 12 years old and have had responsibilities such as changing, feeding,homework, helping settling for bed, preparing home cooked meals which is my passion and taking the children on adventures, reading and playing. I have helped aid with development, supporting social skills and helping children reach their milestones.
I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in a school, completing an apprenticeship and gaining experience supporting children of various ages, particularly those with learning needs and behavioural challenges.
I have also worked as a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant on a children’s ward, developing my understanding of children’s needs and obtaining Paediatric CPR training.
I have previously worked in a nursery, supporting babies and pre-school children educationally, developmentally, socially and emotionally.
My Qualifications
NCFE CACHE Level 1 in Caring for Children Qualification - Distinction
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification - Distinction
My Availability
I am available:
Mondays after 4pm
Wednesdays to Friday all day
Occasional weekends
From the end of January I will only be available:
Mondays and Fridays all day
Tuesdays after 2pm
Wednesdays after 1pm
Occasional weekends
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (net)
My nanny rate is £17ph
My babysitter rate is £15ph
