About Me
I’m a caring, down-to-earth nanny who understands how full on family life can be, especially when you’re juggling work, appointments, or just need an extra pair of hands. My aim is to make your day run more smoothly while knowing your little one is safe, happy, and well cared for.
I have experience caring for newborns and young children and take a calm, gentle approach, following your routines and doing things the way that works best for your family. I’m paediatric first aid trained, DBS checked, and always put your child’s safety and wellbeing first.
I have my own car, so I can help with appointments, or getting out to local activities — whatever helps take the pressure off your day. I’m reliable, organised, and respectful of your home, and I really value open communication so you always feel confident and reassured.
I love building trusting relationships with families and being someone parents can rely on. Whether that’s regular daytime care or occasional help when life gets busy.
My Experience
My experience comes both professionally and personally. I’m a mum myself, raising my little boy, which has given me a real, hands-on understanding of children’s needs, routines, and the realities of day-to-day family life. I know how important it is to have childcare you can truly trust.
I recently completed a one-month nursery placement working with children aged 6 months to 5 years. During this time, I supported nursery staff with daily routines, play-based learning, mealtimes, and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Alongside this, I’ve worked for a number of years as a private tutor supporting children aged 5–11. This has helped me develop a calm, patient approach and a strong understanding of how children learn, grow in confidence, and thrive with the right support.
