I have 2 lively, energetic but warm and sensitive boys aged 1 and 2. They are very curious, intelligent and loving. I am looking to possibly move them from their current nursery setting as I feel the childminding model will suit them better, the younger one in particular. I am unsure of my working pattern moving forward. It depends on the correct childminder. The boys currently go to nursery tues-thurs from 8-5ish. We look after them monday and Friday. I may need to increase my hours at work. Looking for around 30-40 hours. Possibly over night stays as we have no family locally and it would be nice to sometimes go out on an evening
