About Me

About Us:
We are a warm and loving Indian / Australian family based in London, seeking a kind, dependable, and experienced nanny–housekeeper to join our household. Our family includes two wonderful children: a bright and curious 3½-year-old daughter and a happy, growing 9-month-old baby boy. With a mix of structured routines and joyful spontaneity, we prioritize creating a nurturing, stimulating, and well-organised home environment.

Parents:
We are both busy professionals, balancing demanding careers with a deep commitment to family life. Our schedules mean that we value and rely on the support of a capable nanny–housekeeper to ensure both our children and our household thrive.

Our Home:
We live in a comfortable, family-friendly 3-bedroom apartment in St John’s Wood on Abbey Road. Our home is well-equipped to support smooth day-to-day running, and we aim to create a welcoming space not only for our family but also for anyone who joins us in supporting it.

Our Children:

Daughter (3½ years old): Attends nursery school locally. She is bright, curious, and lively, and enjoys learning, playing, and exploring her surroundings.

Son (9 months old): A cheerful baby who is developing quickly. We are focused on supporting his growth and maintaining a healthy routine as he reaches new milestones.


What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience caring for children of similar ages, including babies and toddlers, alongside experience supporting with household duties.

Skills: Nurturing, patient, and proactive, with a strong understanding of child development and safety, plus good organisational and cooking skills.


Responsibilities:

Providing attentive childcare and fostering a positive, supportive environment.

Managing school drop-offs and pick-ups for the older child.

Engaging in age-appropriate educational and play activities.

Assisting with baby care, including feeding, diaper changes, naps, and routine management.

Cooking and preparing healthy, balanced family meals.

Supporting with light household tasks such as laundry, tidying, and organisation.

Maintaining a clean, orderly home and helping with general household management.
