My name is Tania and I am based in South Yardley Birmingham on the boarder of Solihull West Midlands. I have over 10 years experience working with children in Early years with a Nursery back ground ,
We have a child friendly spacious out door garden , we are based at the end of a very quiet cul de sac so there are no busy roads or nosies to disturb our fun . I also am SEN level 3 trained and have first hand experience working with SEN needs such as autism .
I have 2 children of my own of school ages and working age who also enjoy being around other children and will also help form new skills and learning through a child’s eyes .
We have open parkland just on our door step so we will be spending lots of time exploring our out door environments with fun activities and adventures.
My Experience
I am a mother of 2 children and have been looking after children for over 21 years , I am level 3 qualified in early leaning and child care , I am also SEN trained level 3 so have first hand experience with the EYFS in early years , dealing with children with Sen and extra needs which I have found to be invaluable in helping nurture the needs of all children and create an inclusive setting for all . I am first aid trained , full paediatric first aid with Tiger Lilly training and am trained to use an epipen for child who may suffer with food allergies and have completed the courses to help children with their dietary needs .
My passion is working with children .
