My Summary

My Experience

I have babysitting experience both with my siblings, tutoring and outside of the home with family friends. For the past year I have babysat family friends on an ad-hoc basis for their 11-year-old girl. It's been a joy to come up with new and creative ideas to keep her entertained, educated and feeling safe in her environment. We often go on outings, whether it's to play tennis or a cosy walk and tasty cake at The Botanic Gardens.

Growing up I was encouraged to and still do love to read, so this is something I do happily with children I babysit. Getting a little mucky is a part of life, so any necessary puddle jumping and rainy walks are always enjoyed! But with great fun comes great responsibility, and there's nothing better than getting clean and cosy after fun outside. I'm also happy to cook any meals and clean.

Additionally, I have tutored year 9's (ages 13-15) in reading and writing as a prefect. An experience that provided me with transferable skills in interacting and supporting children.

My Qualifications

A Levels, GCSE’s. Currently, I’m studying towards a Diploma in Accountancy and Business with the ACCA, which involves a flexible work from home schedule, allowing me to babysit around this.

My Availability

Any week days and occasional weekends I’m available. Apart from Tuesday evenings and Thursday afternoons. Although I might be flexible on Thursdays for the right family :)

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.50 per hour

£13 per hour for overnight
