We had used Chantelle for a few months.
Apart from time keeping which was an issue, we never had any other issue. Then suddenly out of the blue we had a message saying she was going back into a nursery she would give us plenty of notice before doing so, it is fine if that’s want she wanted to. However to randomly get a message at 9pm at night saying it’s her last shift is not appropriate at all and leaves family’s like myself in dilemma with high cost from using an agency firm
Stay clear and look for a long term nanny.

Be careful! Invited her for an interview to meet my daughter and for a chat about our needs. Came for interview. I said dont need to be here long. I said to her you want money for today and said no. Then she stayed longer as soon as i said and next day sent me a message that she wanted money ! Also broke agreement before we started and wanted money weekly before her going on holiday instead of our monthly agreement. She is insulted me and called me pathetic because i told her about her not wanting money and put pressure on me to hire her. She didnt say she had another family. She dont care about families. She is all about the money and is u able to work with people. Be careful people and stay away!

I’m sorry but this is not acceptable at all. If you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all. I didn’t put pressure on you at all so please do not lie on my page. This is not nice to read when it’s not true.
Chantelle is very good with navigating without directives from her first day. She is very communicative, highly patient and creative with my 4 years old Peter. She collects peter after school and engages him full time to prevent danger naps so mama and dada can have quality night sleep. Peter 😭 when she leaves as she’s his best Lego building buddy. xx
