About Me
Hi,
I'm a working single Mum and Nurse looking for someone to become part of my little family for hopefully the next few years. I require Ofsted registered, non-smoker and a car is a must as we live in a rural village, though I will provide a car with car seats installed for you to use during work time.
My temp Nanny who was with us over summer has just finished to change career due to change in her family, and my new Nanny fell through. My temp Nanny loved her time with us and i'm sure she would be happy to chat with you if you wanted to know what it is like to be part of my little family.
I need a Nanny, female or male but you will need to be Ofsted registered - if not currently i will be happy to reimburse your fee if you join us.
I love the children to be quite outdoorsy and active so woodland walks and outdoor play or taking part in group work with other child would be great. We live in a small village between Witney and Eynsham. I'd love if the Nanny who joins us speaks another language and would be happy to broaden my children's minds by teaching some of another language to them but obviously this isn't a necessity, just a bonus.
There's a potential for live in, i have a home office in the garden which has a bed, electricity, a desk, kettle, mini fridge and a heater, so nice and quiet away from the home but in the garden. It's a very quiet village with no light pollution so you could do some stargazing too. Obviously a live in Nanny would have access to the kitchen and bathroom as she likes too. Ideally a non-meat eater (no issues with fish) as it's against our beliefs - I am Buddhist so we believe in being kind to all creatures. Otherwise if travelling for work, you'd be welcome to stay in the room the night before work to avoid the morning rush.
My 4 year old goes to school so for him it'd mainly be after school pick ups. My twin 2 year olds need a Nanny Mon, weds and Fri full days are needed due to my job. The twins have started going to school, so if unable to do full days then there is the option of after school into evenings and some adhoc/weekends too.
I definitely need holidays covered regardless though as i am a Specialist Nurse so don't get holidays or cover. Their Dad is not in the picture so i have no help or support otherwise. I'd really appreciate a Nanny who can help with some chores such as cooking or cleaning as I am a bit overwhelmed with it all at present but this isn't a must as i did most of this when i had a temp Nanny anyway.
Weekends would be great, wouldn't have to be every weekend or both days - just adhoc so i can spend a nice day out with you and the kids for the day or have a day to myself.
Please send me a message if you're interested.
Would need you to start asap.
Thank you so much,
looking forward to hearing from you x
My Requirements
3 children. 1 x 4 year old and 2 yr old twins. Require OFSTED registered Nanny please. Please read the main about me for what i require I'm open to a live in or live out Nanny and may need a full time or after school plus adhoc. Definitely require school holidays regardless though.
Some adhoc evening and weekend might be required and maybe the odd overnight once in a blue moon, not often as I would like to see some friends i haven't been able to and have some down time for myself too.

Aine agreed a start date with me, then with only 12hrs notice the night before starting told me she can no longer work until a few weeks later. I had to work and had no childcare or family to fall back on and she knew this as I'm a single working mother. Without being rude I explained how upset and disappointed I was and how it's not acceptable to do that. She blocked me and I never heard back since. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

I’m very sorry Yaz about this but I was still in full time employment and myself and my employer were happy to help you out with me bringing along her child that I was currently looking after. You made it clear that we weren’t aloud meat etc in the house and my employer didn’t like this as her son eats meat and then said I couldn’t take her son to your house which then left me in a difficult situation and to let you down (which I didn’t want to do) but I didn’t want to let my employer down who I’d been with for a few years as I’m a very loyal person and I don’t just drop people in it. I’m sorry it didn’t work out and I explained all this to you 😞 I haven’t blocked you at all!
