Hi there, I'm Katie! I am patient and caring and I enjoy working with children.
I am an 18 year old girl who is looking for babysitting work.
I am looking forward to going to university in September and to eventually become a teacher.
I hold a full drivers license and have a car so I am fairly mobile!
I also have a full DBS check and am fully COVID vaccinated.
Now that I have finished my exams, I am looking to expand into babysitting for more families as I thoroughly enjoy babysitting for my current families!
My Experience
I have participated in weekly sessions at a local primary school to work with the children during their outdoor play in the afternoons for year 1 students (aged 5-6).
I currently babysit for families with children aged 6-9.
Additionally, I am a Head of house at my school, meaning I have to organise events for
ages 11 to 18. I have also worked with older children as a maths tutor for 11-16 year olds.
As part of a charity scheme, a team at my school would meet with children from primary schools age ranging 6-11 regularly to provide activities for them, ensuring there was a variety of activities for children who all had varying interests.
I also hold a full drivers license and have previously worked at a GP surgery in Romsey as an admin assistant as well as volunteering hours at Avon Heath Country Park.
