About Me
Hi, my name is Charlotte and I have been a registered childminder at Happy Hearts Childminding for almost two and half years. My setting is spacious and airy with a designated 'play room' that is filled with an abundance of resources to aid your little one's imaginative play. Happy Hearts Childminding is a child-led setting and I follow each child's individual interests and use this to assist my planning for their individual next steps and to enhance their enjoyment!
My aim is to provide a welcoming, nurturing environment to support all children in their holistic development so they are able to reach their fullest potential.
I have over 10 years experience working with all ages in a private day nursery and after school club. I have also worked in a primary school for a year as a teaching assistant whilst registering as a childminder.
My Experience
As stated above I have worked in a private day nursery for over 10 years. Within this setting I worked with children from 12 weeks old to 12 years old and gained a wealth of experience and knowledge I am now able to bring to Happy Hearts Childminding.
Whilst working as a teaching assistant in the primary school I spent a lot of my time working in the learning resource base helping to care for and educate children with additional needs which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I am qualified to a level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, level 3 in Health and Social care and am currently working towards my level 3 Forest School Leader qualification. Along with the necessary IHC and PCP needed to become a registered childminder.

My Availability
My service opens at 7:30am and closes at 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Hours required outside of this can be discussed. Any combination of hours may be discussed but availability is ratio dependant.
