My Experience

I previously nannied for two children of the age 9 and 13 for a summer.

I also have over 2 years of experience working in a nursery seasonally and this is where I decided I would love to work with young people as seeing them happy and achieve tasks ignited a passion in me to make it my career. I mainly worked with children aged 2-11. Although I do not have a childcare qualification, the experience I have gathered from working in a nursery for over 2 years, completing all of the same tasks as my qualified employees makes me extremely confident in my ability in providing a safe and happy environment for children.

While at the nursery assistant position, I would aid the children in learning activities such as learning how to write, their colours, their artistic expression through painting and other activities, their shapes and so much more. I also aided them at meal times where I would help to feed the children, change the children’s nappies and take them on trips such as the park and zoo.

My Qualifications

Over 2 years of working in a nursery. Here, I completed all of the same tasks as the qualified members of staff and my experience here will aid me in caring for children ages 2+

My Availability

I am available in the summer holidays, Easter and Christmas.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)

Minimum hourly rate of £10 an hour.
