**Looking For After-School Nanny/Home Care For 2 Happy Girls 2-3 Days A Week + More In 2026*

About Me

Family of two working parents (Michelle, Kyle), 2 sweet and lively young girls - Maya (6yo), and Esther (3yo), one baby boy Jesse (born March 26). English speaking, NW10

My Requirements

Babysitter
After School Nanny
Mothers Help

We have two fun and spirited girls (6 and 3.5) - eldest is in school and youngest girl is in nursery FT, and I"m currently on maternity leave with our baby boy. Looking for someone experienced with young children to become a part of family, for around 25h/week from Sept-Dec 2026. Before then if you are available, we need ~15h/week. Exact hours TBC subject to mutual agreement. More info below:

Main responsibilities:
Now (total 16h/week*):
-afterschool care for girls Tues&Thur, helping us with after school into eve routine, home help and collaborating with a parent (8h/week).
-care for baby boy - helping me (8h/week)
Dec onwards (total 28h/week*):
-care for girls as above (8h/week).
-care for baby boy 2-full days, without parent (20h/week)
*hours can be adjusted somewhat, upon mutual agreement

Qualities:
-experienced and dedicated nanny of young children & babies
-English speaking
-kind but authoritative
-able to take initiative re fun activities and engage girls
-wanting to be a long term part of our family
-drivers license may be useful but not necessary
-DBS checked
-Pediatric first aid qualified / willing to qualify
-confident to cook simple children’s meals & snacks

Tasks:
-pickup children from nearby school/childcare (10 min walk) and play, help with homework etc. then help me with bedtime when I get home
-cooking simple dinner for kids
-helping me with light household chores before bed involving children (eg prep kids room for bed/morning, tidy play things, fold laundry, load dishwasher etc - we have a cleaner)
-solo care of baby 2 days a week - eg go to nearby toddler groups, Jaego’s house etc
-extra hours in school holidays, evening babysitting sometimes, as per ad-hoc agreement
