I am 19 Years Old but I am very mature for my age and in my spare time I prefer to be working or spending time with my family. I enjoy exploring different genres of music, going on walks/ discovering new places and I like to push myself to go out of my comfort zone and try new things and develop new skills.
I currently work in a baby room when I support a wide range of children from the ages of 7 months to 3 years with a variety of unique needs and some with special educational needs such as autism and speech delays. I am very flexible with working different hours and am very committed and motivated to do my job because I enjoy helping and being a part of the children's growth and development.
My Experience
I used to regularly look after a little boy who lived down the street from me every Saturday while his parents and brother was at work. While I was babysitting him I would help him with his homework (as he has learning difficulties) and we would often play games and go out to play football or go to the park. I stopped looking after him due to his brother having Saturdays free and wanting to spend more time with him.
My Qualifications
Diploma of higher education in Early Years Education, Health and Safety In The Workplace, Biting in Early Years, Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning, Understanding Neglect, Food Hygiene, First Aid, Safeguarding.
