My Experience
I have a degree in Physical Education and extensive experience working with children and young people, including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
I have worked in specialist education settings as an SEN Teaching Assistant and have supported children with a range of additional needs, helping them develop their communication, confidence, physical skills, independence and social interaction.
I am also trained in Makaton Level 1 and Rebound Therapy. Through YEYSen Academy, I provide structured, child-centred activities and one-to-one support in a safe, positive and encouraging environment.
My approach is based on understanding each child’s individual needs, building on their strengths and making learning and physical activity enjoyable.
