My Experience
I have many years’ experience working with children and families, both professionally and personally. My background includes childcare and early years education, as well as specialist postnatal care. I have supported families with newborns, infants, and young children, helping to establish feeding and sleep routines, providing practical guidance, and offering emotional reassurance during the postnatal period.
I have worked with babies from birth onwards, including supporting parents with settling techniques, feeding choices (breast and bottle), safe sleep, and general newborn care. I am confident in creating a calm and nurturing environment that helps both baby and parents thrive.In addition to my professional background, I am a mum and step-mum myself, which has given me a deep understanding of the realities of family life and the challenges of adjusting to a new baby. I combine my hands-on experience with a caring, supportive approach to ensure each family receives the care and guidance they need.
