My Requirements
I work variable shift as a nurse which changes every week I only work 2 X days per week and need school drop offs for my two older children to st Margaret's primary from 6.30 drop off ( happy to negotiate higher pay for the early start)
I also have a 3 year old due to start the ELC at the same school same times so same drop offs and collections for him on my working days .
I also have a baby F ( 1 year old ) however if this was not negotiable I could find an alternative nursery
Because my shifts vary I do get them in advance and sometimes I only work X 1 shift weekdays or 0 depending on the rota but up to X2 would need to be secured .
Desperate for help to navigate this so I can enroll my children to our new areas ASAP.
