About Me

I am opening a new childminding setting in january 2026 offering all day and wrap around care at my home in London Colney (close to london colney primary school). I have worked with children for many years with a wide variety of ages and needs and I am excited to finally be opening my own setting. Looking after and educating young children is my passion and is what I am here to do. I am all about learning through nature and real world experiences, I aim to teach children about the world around them, social skills and self confidence all based around the EYFS and development matters frameworks. I am a sole childminder so will be a small group setting with a homely and intimate feel. I share my home with my partner and our two friendly and loveable cats that we have had since kittens, so parents must be okay with their children being around them.

My Experience

I have 5 years of experience in professional childcare roles in both nursery and childminding settings and have been a private babysitter for a number of years. I have a wide range of experience with all age groups and experience with different levels of care needs including SEN and health care needs.

My Qualifications

I hold a level 3 qualification in early years education as well as pediatric first aid and safeguarding training.

Childminding from £7.00 per hour
