My Requirements
My husband and I work full time, he is often away on military duties and I work full time with some travel. I am looking for a flexible Nanny who could do some ad hoc babysitting and also flexible Nannying over night for a few days when we are both away with work.
I would like the children to get to know this person so that they love spending time with them and we can call on them (with plenty of prior notice) to help us out when needed. children are almost 3 and 6 months.
This might suit someone looking for flexible work and does not already have a full time job.
