About Me
I am a passionate, reliable and energetic childminder with over two years of professional experience caring for children aged 0–6 in a private nursery setting. More recently, I worked with a family for six months, providing dedicated care for a three-year-old child.
As a mother of two boys (aged 6 and 1 year 3 months), I have a strong, personal understanding of the patience, nurturing and creativity needed to support children’s development at every stage. I create a warm, safe and engaging environment where children can thrive. I particularly enjoy organising outdoor activities, creative play, reading stories and leading fun rhyme time sessions to support learning through play.
Please note that I would need to bring my 1 year 3 month old baby with me, who is well-adjusted to being around other children.
My availability is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. I am also available for babysitting on Mondays, Fridays and weekends.
I specialise exclusively in childcare and focus entirely on the children’s care, development and routine. I do not undertake cooking, cleaning or general household duties, as I prefer to keep my role fully centred on providing high-quality childcare.
My Experience
I have over two years of experience working in a private nursery, where I was responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of engaging activities both indoors and outdoors. This included reading stories, organising creative play, and supporting children’s development through structured and free-play sessions. I also regularly accompanied children on outings to encourage interaction with nature and animals, helping to foster curiosity and a love for the environment.
More recently, I worked as a nanny for a family, caring for a three-year-old child over a period of six months. In this role, I focused on creating a nurturing and stimulating routine, which included reading books, organising arts and crafts activities, and encouraging imaginative play. I also took the child to soft play centres, parks, playgrounds, and playgroups, supporting their social development and physical activity while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
