About Me

Hi, I’m Lucy!
I’m a 27-year-old young professional living in East London, and I bring over 8 years of experience working with children of all ages, from 3 months upwards. I’m reliable, caring, and super patient, and I genuinely love creating a fun and safe environment for children to thrive.

I previously spent two amazing years in Australia as an au pair for a lovely family with 4 children all under the age of 7. Alongside this, I worked as a children's sports and activities instructor and regularly babysat for other local families. I love getting creative with children - whether it’s arts and crafts, baking, imaginative play, or reading stories, I’m always excited to get involved and help spark their creativity.

Back in the UK, I worked in a nursery school and led activities at school holiday camps, gaining hands-on experience in childcare settings. I also taught ballet to under 7's at a local dance school! My background in psychology, with a focus on child development and special educational needs (SEN), also means I’m comfortable working with children who have additional needs and supporting their unique growth.

I’m now available for weekday babysitting, including before and after-school care, pick-ups, and drop-offs. I’m hoping to build strong, lasting relationships with families nearby while providing a warm, supportive, and engaging space for their little ones.
