I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder in Farnborough, Hampshire. I have 6 years of babysitting and nannying experience and have recently received my OFSTED childminding certificate. I have two children of my own, Simona aged 12 and Diego aged 8. Simona goes to All Hallows Secondary school and Diego attends St. Patrick's Catholic School in Farnborough, where I do school drop off and pick up.
I am kind, with lot of patience and caring person. I enjoy taking the children on outings (library, toddler groups, woodland, parks, playgrounds), doing art and crafts, games, puzzle and have a variety of toys suitable for all ages and stages. In our garden we have a sandpit, water splashing and lots more. Picnics in the park are a regular occurrence.
I live with my husband and two children. We have an allotment where we enjoy growing veggies and fruits, which gets turned into health, home-cooked food. Children will love fruit picking and have the opportunity to learn about nature. I am happy to provide home-cooked meals made from our zero-mileage, organic produce when in season. I love to cook, and always encourage the children to be involved.
I have a three-bedroom home with a small garden. I do not have any pets, but regularly encourage children to interact with animals when we are out and about. We are a smoke free household.
My Experience
I have been teaching horse-riding back home in Italy from aged four to teenage years. My household is multilingual with all members speaking both English and Italian fluently. I also have some working knowledge of French, Spanish and Polish.
My recent experience includes raising my own two children, having long term-babysitting positions (for which I can provide references) as well as caring for the children of my friends and family. I love being around children and realised this after having my own children. This is when I decided to change careers to become a child minder. I have been at home with my children full time since 2018 and have not regretted quitting my job of 13 years to be closer to my children and to help others care for and raise their children.
I have childminding responsibility for children aged one to ten, but can take children older than 10 for school drop off/pick up. I have babysat children from the ages of new-born through to aged 11, including ones with additional needs such as autism and ADHD.

My Availability
My regular childminding hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm.
I am willing to be flexible with hours and days to suit. My babysitting hours extend to the evening and weekends.

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
Babysitting from £10.00 per hour; I charge more for late evenings and weekends
Standard Childminding from £6 - £7 per hour depending on individual needs and hours desired
After school rate £6 per hour
Note: Meals, snacks and drinks included in the price, no discount if food is provided.

From our very first meeting, I felt reassured about choosing Annalisa as my daughter’s childminder. My daughter was immediately happy to see her, which was a huge relief — especially after our previous experience where my daughter cried every day and didn’t want to attend.
Annalisa creates a warm, caring, and positive environment. She takes the children out regularly, encourages learning, and provides daily updates about their progress. We can truly see how much effort she puts into helping the children learn and grow.
She teaches important life skills such as changing clothes, following a regular timetable, and developing good daily habits — like taking off shoes, hanging coats properly, and keeping things in their place. My daughter has also learned good manners, improved her language, and speaks more politely and gently.
Annalisa also focuses on social skills, teaching the children how to share, play together, and be kind to one another. She plays with them, keeps them engaged, and sends lovely photos that capture special and memorable moments.

We've had a wonderful experience with Annalisa. Our daughter attended her setting for a year and a half. She has taken great care of our child and created a calm, warm and welcoming environment every day. Communication has always been easy and reassuring, she keeps us updated, shares pictures and lets us know how the day went. Our child settled in quickly thanks to her kindness, patience and the fun activities she plans.We' ve seen real progress in confidence and social skills.
We feel completely at ease leaving our child with her and are grateful for the support she provides. Highly recommended to any parent looking for someone reliable, caring and professional.

Our son has been with Annalisa over a year and it’s been great. He was always very happy to see her in the mornings! Annalisa is very caring and patient. You can really tell she cares for the children. They do many activities during the day and plenty of visits to the park, playgroups, etc. It is great that she provides food, specially home made. Her family is also lovely, our son loves to play with Diego, Annalisa’s son.

We couldn't be happier with our experience! From the very first day, our child felt completely at ease and excited to stay, even when he was only 18 months old.
The communication has been excellent—always clear, timely, and reassuring. We love our daily photo updates.
There's never a dull moment, with regular outings to the park, feeding the ducks, and attending toddler groups, which our little one absolutely loves.
The meals are a real bonus too—home-cooked, nutritious, and always delicious.

Our son was in Annalisa's care for 16 months before he outgrew the environment and was ready for a larger setting, such as a nursery or preschool, at just over 3 years old. I firmly believe that Annalisa's support and nurturing were instrumental in preparing him for this next stage and in helping him develop the necessary skills for a new environment.
Our son loved going to Annalisa's; he made wonderful friends, and Annalisa's own children were delightful companions. Annalisa combines love and fun with teaching valuable skills, such as recognising their own names, using scissors safely, and tracing letters.
What I appreciated most about Annalisa's care was the freedom and variety of experiences she offered. The children enjoyed trips to parks, where they had fun feeding ducks and learning about nature. Within the home, they engaged in creative activities, making lovely crafts to bring home, and even baking cakes.
It was truly sad to say goodbye, but I know Annalisa will always be there if we need her. The lessons and experiences our son gained under her care will stay with him as he moves on to his new environment.

Our little one has been with Annalisa for almost 1 year. He settled in very easily even if he only goes once a week. She is very kind and shows a great interest in our son’s development, encouraging him to learn new skills. She always provides with updates during the day and we can see they do so many and varied activities. Her family is also very nice and home made cook is always a bonus!

Our little one has been with Annalisa since the start of this year and I can honestly say that he is thriving there.
Annalisa has created such a lovely environment for the children in her care, there is lots of play, healthy fresh made food and helping the children learn and grow. She is also teaching him Italian! Her family are so lovely, supportive and it really has made it feel a home away from home. When he’s not there he’s always asking when he is next going round!
Annalisa always keeps me up to date with the Baby Days app, is always sending me photos throughout the day of our son having fun and if anything needs changing (such as nap times) it’s easy to have the conversation, nothing is ever to much trouble and I’m so glad I found her.

Annalisa genuinely loves children. My little boy settled in with her so quickly. He loves going to her. She always makes sure the days are filled with activities for the children. Home made food which is a bonus! Her own two children are just lovely too. I would highly recommend Annalisa to anyone. She has so much warmth to her.

Annalisa is absolutely amazing. She is brilliant with children, my daughter absolutely adore her.
Since we have started with her, my daughter has become more confident, she prompts her and she makes her independent with lots of things.
She provides handmade meals, which are really yummy!
The communication with us has been brilliant since the beginning.
She is very organised with everything. She is always around, everyday in a different place for the kids to explore.
She is caring, she love children and she loves her job.
I reccomend her 100%.

Our girls were with Annalisa for only 3 months as we were moving away. She was wonderfully warm, kind and loving with them from the first day to the last. The girls were taken to playgroups, soft plays, parks, music groups every day on top of enjoying g home cooked food and lots of hugs. We are very lucky that we found her!
