I am 21 years old looking for a job in childcare alongside my studies. I am currently in my final year reading English and History at the University of Bristol. I am a hardworking, dedicated and sociable person who has initiative and works well as part of a team, as well as individually. In my spare time I enjoy playing my musical instruments, reading, riding horses and spending time with my friends and family.
My Experience
Not only have I got six months worth of Teaching Assistant experience and am DBS checked, I am first and foremost a big sister. I have two younger brothers (9 and 12 years old) who I regularly take care of and help with a range of activities. During my time as a teaching assistant (a job I chose to do in my gap year) I worked predominantly with year 3 and year 4 children, both one to one with children with SEND, and with the class as a whole. As well as my role as a Teaching Assistant, I have also previously worked at my school summer camp, assisting children between the ages of 4 and 11. I am also experienced with animals having grown up with dogs, cats and horses and am happy to assist with looking after them too!
