About Me
Hello! I’m Mia a kind, patient and experienced nanny with over 4 years of childcare experience. This is including 3 years experience as a SEN/SEMH nanny for children with autism, ADHD and other mental health struggles.
I am currently studying my psychology bachelors part- time and am looking for something extra alongside this. I have a deep understanding of child development, behaviour, neurodivergence and other mental health issues such as OCD and anxiety.
Families often describe me as kind, patient and empathetic. I take pride in making the children I work with feel listened to, respected and understood with a gentle approach.
My experience has primarily been with school age children from ages 7-15 and I’m in particularly familiar to the after school nanny routine. I have also cared for younger children and am open to doing so.

My Experience
I have over four years experience working as a nanny. This has mostly been with school age children aged 7 and up for afterschool hours. I have helped with homework, taken children to the park, helped with cooking and some small laundry tasks related to the children. I also have travel experience, and have looked after the children I nanny sole- charge when the parents are out of the country.
I also have SEN/SEMH experience for kids with autism, ADHD and other mental health issues. I am currently pursuing a degree in psychology, so would love a role related to this too.

My Availability
At the moment I do have full time availability during the week. I’d prefer not to do Friday evenings and weekends unless discussed in advance.
I would love a part time job up to 25 hours but am open to full time for the right family.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
£17 per hour
