I consider myself to be a caring and warm individual .As a young carer i took care of my mother who has clinical psycosis. this meant even helping her with dressing and cooking aswell as cleaning. I am always looking for new areas to devlop and grow in. I read alot abotu human ehaviour and psycology, and wish to become an amazing mother myself one day. As a sociology student, i learnt th e importance of reading to children at a young age, so that they can excel later on in their acvvademic life. We learn that girls tend to have a bedroom culture, meaning they stay indoors and read, whereas boys go out to play games such as gfootball. This leads to girls excelling in educatio compared to boys. I also like to reqad up on child behaviou and understand the psycology of child developnent. Having a nurturing mother figure is important for a child to have self confidence and esteem. Without a mother or father figure a child may grow up to feel inadequate and lacking vaildation. they may seek validation elsewhere from gangs and bad friends. This is why i personalsie and priorise my care to the indviduak child. I understand the importance of a roel model, and figure in a childs ife, therefore i will deliver the upmost care and support to the children in my care.
