My Experience
I have worked in a nursery for over three years, primarily in the baby room caring for children aged 0–3 years. In my role as Assistant Room Lead, I support the daily running of the room, plan age-appropriate activities, and ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
My responsibilities include feeding, changing, and settling babies, supporting early development milestones, and creating engaging sensory and creative activities. I particularly enjoy interactive play, arts and crafts, and reading with children to encourage language development and imagination.
I am experienced in following routines, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and working closely with parents to provide updates and continuity of care. I am confident caring for multiple children and adapting to different needs and personalities, always ensuring a nurturing and positive experience.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 in NCFE Early years education and I hold a pediatric first aid.
