With Ten years of experience working with children—and as a mother myself—I deeply understand the love, care, and attention every child needs to feel happy, safe, and supported.
At Happy Kiddos, we focus on creating a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I believe in the importance of fresh air and outdoor activities, which is why I’m proud to be a member of local gardens and farms. These wonderful spaces give children the chance to explore, connect with nature, and enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
Cooking is another passion of mine, and I take pride in preparing healthy meals using fresh ingredients, tailored to accommodate any dietary needs or allergies.
We offer an exciting range of activities to spark your child’s imagination and foster their development, including art and crafts, storytime, singing, roleplay, baking, dancing, yoga, construction play, and plenty of outdoor fun. All our activities are thoughtfully designed to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring your child gets the best support during these crucial early years.
I am passionate about providing an exceptional childcare experience. My values—flexibility, honesty, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic—are at the heart of everything I do.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Mahsa more highly. Our little boy started with her at just 10 months old, and we couldn’t have wished for a better person to look after him.
Leaving your baby with someone else for the first time is such a huge milestone, but Mahsa made the transition so much easier than we could ever have hoped. She has been incredibly warm, loving and reassuring from the very beginning, and we have always felt completely confident that our little boy is in the safest, happiest hands.
He absolutely adores Mahsa, and it’s not unusual for him to protest home-time because he doesn’t want to leave all the fun he’s having! Seeing how excited he is to spend time with her, and how happy and settled he is in her care, means the world to us.
It has also been wonderful to watch how much he has grown and developed since being with Mahsa. She has played such an important role in nurturing his confidence, encouraging his curiosity and helping him develop new skills. It’s clear how much thought, care and attention she puts into supporting him as he learns and discovers new things, always making him feel safe, loved and encouraged.
As parents, knowing your little one is not only being so well cared for but is genuinely thriving is the most wonderful feeling. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Mahsa and are so grateful for everything she has done for our little boy. She has become such a special person in his life and ours, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for truly exceptional childcare.

I want to share the most wonderful experience I could have ever asked for my little one is 3 years old and has been with Mahsa part time since she was 9 months old. I never imagined my little girl could be so happy. She has developed beautifully and this is largely down to Mahsa. We are forever thankful.

We started bringing our daughter to Mahsa when she was 9 months old, and she exceeded all our expectations. Our daughter was always all smiles both when being dropped off and when being picked up. She absolutely loved spending time there.
It’s amazing how much they did. Baking, crafting, painting, lovely birthday parties, the most magical Christmas setup, trips to Kew Gardens, the Wetlands and so much more. We truly didn’t even know places like this exist. Mahsa sends pictures every day showing what they’ve been up to, and even our grandparents back home were amazed. Everyone in our family just felt so lucky to have found her.
She always went above and beyond, putting her heart into everything. She was also always flexible and accommodating, which made our lives so much easier. The atmosphere and setting she created was truly magical. A place full of joy, exploring and learning.
We relocated to London from abroad and honestly couldn’t have managed without her. We could not have hoped for a better place for our daughter to grow up in, and we will never forget it.

We are so glad to have Mahsa taking care of our daughter since she was 2 years old. Mahsa is so loving and patient. We are so impressed by the care and love she has been providing to the kids, the diligence she has to create the most safe, warm, cozy environment, the creativity she has to design all the learning activities and materials.
My daughter was so clingy and reluctant to leave me at the beginning. However, just after a short period of time, with Mahsa’s love and care, she was so excited to going to Mahsa’s setting every day. We are also so impressed to see all her development, including language, personal and physical skills, academic knowledge.
We appreciate all the communications with Mahsa. She provides daily feedback and photos so we have full understanding about the day. There are regular observation reports so we are aware of our daughter’s development. She is so flexible and helpful in the child care arrangement which helps us a lot as being full time workings parents. We cannot imagine the day without her support.
To anyone who is looking for a caring and reliable childminder, Mahsa is highly recommended!

In the past two years Mahsa has been there for us during every important step for our little family. Welcoming our firstborn to the setting, providing stability when our second one was born, taking him in a few months later and assisting us when I returned to work. It is not only that the children simply love being with her, it is also a great relief for me that we can completely trust her to not only care for our little ones, but also provide them a loving place while we attend to other duties. Home made food, time spent outdoors and in nature, meeting animals on the farm, a visit to the library, to the fire station, to museums are a regular staple at Happy Kiddos. But what I love the most is that she is truly creative when it comes to playtime. It is always fun, but it is also always educational and tailor made to the developmental level of each child. She is a real gem when it comes to local childminders.

I am so incredibly grateful for the care and support Mahsa provides. She’s warm, patient and dedicated to the kids, she’s truly exceptional. It’s clear how much effort she puts into creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
My daughter has blossomed under her care—developing confidence, learning new skills, and always coming home with a smile. The activities she plans are thoughtful and engaging, and i really appreciate how well she communicates with me about my daughter’s progress and daily experiences.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Mahsa care for our daughter, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the moment we met her, it was clear she is not only incredibly professional but also genuinely passionate about working with children.
Mahsa went above and beyond in every way—she was attentive, kind, and nurturing, and instantly built a warm and trusting relationship with our daughter. Mahsa has been looking after our baby girl for over 8 months now, and we couldn’t be happier!
Not only is she incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, but she also has a knack for arranging activities that tire our little one out completely.
By the time we pick her up, she’s so tuckered out that she can't wait to get to bed!
Thanks to Mahsa, our evenings are peaceful, and our daughter is always smiling. We couldn't ask for a better childminder!

Our twin girls have really enjoyed their time with Mahsa as a childminder. Having two children at school, Mahsa has the experience and environment which is perfect for little children. Our girls built an instant rapport with her, making separation easy. They also always come back with stories of what they've done together throughout the day, often spending time outside, which is important to us.

Mahsa cared for my twins and I found the whole experience very positive. Mahsa made sure they were well fed, well entertained and safe. The nursery is very well equipped and clean and spacious with a big garden with lots of fun and stimulating facilities. I would definitely recommend Mahsa give her a try I promise you will not regret :)
