About Me

I am a Ofsted registered childminder on the Monksmoor estate in Daventry. I am a mum to 2 amazing children called Finley and Penny.
I live with my husband Chris in a child friendly, non-smoking home with a garden. We also have a King Charles Spaniel called Flora.

Whilst your child is in my care, I will treat them as I would my own. I follow and I am guided by the EYFS framework. As well as new experiences, I aim to give a sustainable and regular routine day to day to ensure your child feels safe, happy, stimulated and comfortable. Days in my care will include – playing in the garden, going to parks, the library, making cakes, arts and crafts, messy play, play groups, reading, play dough, imaginative play plus whatever your child’s interests are.

I understand how important nap and feeding routines are. I will endeavour to keep your child in their daily routine and nap in a safe sleeping space.
I am fully insured, I have an enhanced DBS and hold a current paediatric first-aid certificate.

My general working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but these are flexible if necessary.

My Experience

I have been childminding since September 2023, previous to this I was a police officer.
