Part Time Nanny with Special Needs Experience Job in Hartfield
About Me
I am mum to two wonderful boys age 6 and 3 (nearly 4) near Hartfield. I work part-time, and am hoping to increase my hours past school/kindi pick up a few days per week.
My Requirements
I am looking for someone to support our household from 4pm to 7pm 2-4 days per week (depending on your availability, rate, experience etc). There would be no sole charge care of the kids, Mum/Dad would be working in the home during your hours, but available to support with kids when needed. The routine would mostly be as follows:
4-5 cook a simple meal & do laundry/tidying while the kids watch an hour of TV
5-6 support kids mealtime with reading books etc
6-6.30 get the youngest ready for bed
6.30-7 kitchen tidy
There are some additional needs in the household so it would be great to have someone with some SEN childcare experience, but it is not essential. What is essential is that you can handle a bit of challenging behaviour (with parental back up) with kind but firm, clearly communicated, non-judgemental/shaming boundaries.
