About Me
Turton’s Tinies is a home from home childminding setting. We head out on adventures on a daily basis to local parks and the beach, collecting treasures and learning about our community as we go.
We follow the EYFS and developmental matters to ensure we get the best out of your child as well as them having the freedom to just be their natural, curious selves. Your child will gain confidence, develop language and motor skills and discover their personalities while in our care.
Children must be provided with a packed lunch if they are at the setting for full days or over lunch time, but fruit and drinks are provided for snack times. We can also help with potty training if that’s something that would be needed.
We have a great outdoor space and the children will be encouraged to head outside to play.

My Experience
I have three of my own children, all of which attend the local school.
The setting has been up and running for just over 2 years and we have worked hard to ensure that each child thrives and are ready for school when that time comes.
At our most recent inspection, we received an outstanding grade across the board.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
Full days - £55
Half days - £30
I charge an hourly fee of £5.50 per child, with a minimum of 2 hours for wrap around care.
I can drop off and collect at Croftway Primary

My experience of having Jennifer Turton as our childminder has been nothing but positive, when our son was around 2 years old we put him with Jenny, before this our oldest son was with a nursery which wasn’t a great experience so chose to use a childminder for our second and it was the best decision we ever made, he always looked forward to going and even asks now when he can go and play since having such a good experience. When me and my partner found out we were having another baby we had already asked Jenny to save us a spot when my partner was still pregnant that’s how much we wanted to ensure it was only Jenny looking after them after our experience with child nurseries. The thing I appreciate the most about Jenny’s childminding is that she’s always open and honest whether it being our child having a bad day within themself or just anything else she always keeps us informed. She literally goes out of her way to help in any way she can. My family consider Jenny a lot more than a childminder to us she is an amazing person and a good friend of the family. I recommend Jenny to anybody that requires childcare and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
