After School Nanny

I'm looking for a warm, patient, and reliable carer to collect my 9-year-old son from school in Caversham, support him through a smooth transition to our home, and help him unwind in a calm, predictable way. It would be 3:15pm – 6:45pm, 3-days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and either Monday or Thursday - I can be flexible about which). I’m looking for someone who can commit to the same three days each week on an ongoing basis as I have started a new job and will need to commute.

This is a straightforward, rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys working with children and can bring consistency and understanding to the position. My son is neurodivergent, and I'm seeking someone who can be attentive to his needs. You don’t necessarily need to have experience of supporting neurodivergent children, however I am looking for someone with patience, a calm presence, and the willingness to develop an understanding of his needs.
