Childcare for my daughter on Tues & Weds, occasional babysitting, separately mother's help

I am a single working mum to 4 kids: with three boys - a 14 year old, 11 year old and a 8 year old, as well as a nearly 4 year old girl. Eldest two will be in secondary in September, youngest will be joining her 8 year old brother in primary school also in September.
My Requirements
I am looking afternoon/evening help with the younger two (and/or housework) as well as someone who would be able to babysit for me occasionally when I have work events some evenings (may just be the boys then as my daughter would likely looked after by family). I suppose that falls into the category of an after school nanny? Older two boys are relatively self sufficient and would be home most days too. Monday - Thursday weekly term time. Some out of term help would be lovely too.
Not necessarily a one size fits all for the above - let me know if you are interested in part/parts.
Separately I am looking for someone who might be able to help out with cleaning, house admin (thinking in particular churning the washing pile) every now and then. Have a lovely cleaner but she is going through some health struggles at the moment.
