We have Nidhi taking care of our 3 month old baby twice a week. She is great with our baby. The baby settles well with her on day one and seems to enjoy playing with her and being held by her. Nidhi is great with sharing childcare tips, which is very helpful as in a first time mom. She also helps us with light household chores and cooking, which we so much appreciate. She is warm and easy to communicate. Would recommend to others who are looking for a nanny.
