My Requirements

Looking for a live out nanny for a mixture of part time and full time work. The nanny must be experienced taking care of a newborn baby. Ideally, we would like a part time help from November to January, then full time (5 days a week) from January to May. Afterwards maybe back to part time.

Culturally it is important for us that the baby stays in the same room with me (the mom) throughout the night until she turns one year old in July. Some nights the dad and I will do the nights, and some nights the nanny will be needed. When the nanny takes the night shift, she can stay in the room with the baby and mom. Other family members including the dad will be in the other rooms.

During the day, we would like to get some help with housework (eg. sterilizing the bottles, washing laundry, preparing meals).

We are looking for someone to start in November. The baby will be about 3 months old by the time. We can start with a trial period and are happy to establish something for the long run if suitable.
