My Experience

I am an Ofsted-registered Childminder based in Queen’s Park, London.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, awarded in 2009, which has been officially recognised in the UK by UK ENIC (formerly NARIC) as RQF Level 6. I have many years of experience working with children of different ages, both as a teacher in Brazil and as a Teaching Assistant here in the UK.

Since moving to London in 2020, I have completed more than 30 professional training courses, including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene and many other areas of Early Years education. I am committed to continually developing my professional knowledge to provide the highest standards of care and education.

My practice is inspired by the Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, where children are recognised as capable, curious and active learners. Through carefully planned activities, invitations to play, open-ended resources and child-led experiences, I support children’s natural curiosity while respecting their interests, individuality and stage of development.

Healthy eating is also an important part of life at Funny Bee. While parents provide a packed lunch, I offer healthy snacks, fresh fruit and milk throughout the day, encouraging children to develop positive eating habits in a relaxed family environment.

My Qualifications

I am an Ofsted-registered Childminder and have completed extensive professional training in the UK, including Paediatric First Aid, Advanced Safeguarding & Designated Safeguarding Lead (Level 3), Child Protection, Prevent Duty, EYFS, Child Development, SEND, Autism & ADHD Awareness, Behaviour Management, Speech and Language, Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3, Children's Mental Health, Online Safety, Equality & Diversity, Outdoor Learning, Nutrition and many other courses in early years education and childcare.

My Availability

My Availability

I currently offer flexible childcare for children from 9 months to 5 years, providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment where they can learn, play and grow.

I am pleased to offer Government-funded childcare places for eligible families.

Opening Hours

* Monday to Friday
* 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
