About Me
A Calm, Home-from-Home Childminding Setting
From September, my setting will be offering a maximum of 2 full-time childcare spaces, allowing me to provide even more individual attention, tailored learning experiences, and a calm, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Alongside my regular spaces, I will also be offering ad hoc childcare and temporary childcare spaces, ideal for families who need occasional care, emergency childcare, holiday cover, or short-term arrangements.
My setting is welcoming for children aged 5 months to 3 years, with a strong focus on learning through play, outdoor adventures, messy play, and following each child's individual interests and stage of development. I believe in creating a home-from-home environment where children feel safe, happy, and confident to explore.

I offer year-round care and provide local school drop-off and pick-up services for Staverton School and Nestlings Pre-School

My Experience
I originally studied childcare at college and have since gained over 16 years of hands-on experience as a mother. Alongside raising my own children, I have also provided regular babysitting for friends and family, further strengthening my understanding of children’s needs and development.
I have a solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, including the seven areas of learning, and use this to support each child’s growth and development in a nurturing, play-based environment.
All of my training has been successfully completed through my Ofsted-registered agency, and I am committed to continuing my professional development by undertaking regular training to enhance my skills and keep up to date with best practices in early years care.
My Qualifications
Have successfully completed all required training through my Ofsted-approved agency, including full paediatric first aid certification. I am committed to ongoing professional development and will continue to complete any additional training courses that I feel will enhance my knowledge, skills, and the quality of care I provide.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.25 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
I accept all government funding schemes and childcare vouchers.
Children are provided with healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day. I kindly ask that parents supply a packed lunch for their child.
My standard rate is £6.00 per hour with a minimum booking of 5 hours.
Wraparound care is available at a rate of £5.50 per hour.
