My Experience

I am a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner with a wide range of childcare experience, working with children from birth to 17 years old.

I began my career working in a nursery for two years, where I was a key person in the toddler room. In this role, I built strong relationships with children and their families, planned and delivered engaging activities to support children’s learning and development, and ensured every child received high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.

I then took my childcare career abroad, working as a nanny for a family ski holiday company in the French Alps during the winter seasons. This role involved caring for children in a holiday setting, creating fun and stimulating activities, maintaining routines, and giving parents the confidence to enjoy their holiday knowing their children were in safe and caring hands.

During the summer, I worked in Greece as a Childcare Leader, planning and leading activities for children of all ages in a busy holiday environment. This role strengthened my ability to adapt to different age groups, work within a team, and provide a safe, enjoyable experience for every child.

I currently work as a Senior Practitioner in a nursery, where I have been for the past year. Alongside providing outstanding care and supporting children’s development, I help lead the room, support colleagues, and ensure high standards of practice are maintained.

Across all of my roles, I have developed the skills, confidence, and experience to care for children of all ages, creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where they can learn, develop, and thrive.
