I have been working In childcare for 30 years . It Is as far as I am concerned the best vocation In the world! I would not have wanted to do anything else.
It Is such a rewarding Job watching the children thrive and grow. It also keeps you very young! I am very energetic and fun but still have an organised nature as children do love and work well with routine. I think I have the right balance.
