Hi, my name is Rosie I am 30 year old.
I have around 4 years off experience working with children, I have my own daughter who goes secondary school, I love children all I want to do is be able to support them in life and guide them, I love the outdoors, I love doing hikes and mountain climbing and yes I solo them :D
My Experience
I have worked within a school environment for nearly 4 years now, and my main experience is working with SEN children with autism, adhd, ADD, non verbal children, etc. I have around 2 years off ABA ( Applied Behaviour Analysis) which has given me a massive insight off the behaviour off children and the psychology side off why children act this way, this included children who were non verbal or one words only and PECS experience. I have worked in a children home with challenging behaviour, and nothing is too challenging. I love what I do.
I currently gone to work back into an office as accounts assistant and studying :) loved looking after children, and would like to be able to have the experience back in the evenings.
