About Me
I am an established teacher who has found her passion in tutoring children, seeing them grow in confidence and understanding, so helping them to achieve their potential. I enjoy the challenge of a whole class, and have had plenty of experience, but find individual or group teaching a much more satisfying job.
My Experience
I have been working with children for over 25 years, with 3 boys of my own! I moved into teaching as they grew and have been a teacher for 16 years. I tutored when I lived in South London, but on moving down here started to wind down to enjoy the peace and quiet. However with the advent of Covid I restarted and have found my passion. I have found children often need a little extra support and I have the ability and patience to aid them, maximising their learning to help them achieve their best. I have supported many children in filling the gaps Covid unfortunately left, as well as having prepared some for the Year 4 times tables test and 11+ exams such as the Kent Test, Medway and Sevenoaks tests. I work with each child differently, considering their needs and concerns.

Bringing up 3 boys
Running a Beaver Colony for 6-8 year olds, London

Tutoring in Kent 2020 to present
My Availability
During the summer break I have availability for tutoring and mock exam testing for local tests, with recent test papers. Please ask for times as they change weekly.
