About Me

Hi, my name is Courtney and I live in Larkhill with my husband Rahmon and our four children Colby 13, Omar 11, Soffiya 7 and Ammaara 3. As a family we love the outdoors and i always try to incorporate this into my childminding activities, we try to get out daily exploring local parks, woods, soft play, museums, farms, gymnastics and the local library for rythme time. I'm a friendly approachable person who enjoys being a childminder as i love being around children getting to watch them grow and i try to the best of my ability to help each child in their natural development.

My Experience

As well as being a stay at home mum for the past 13 years, I opened my childminding business two years ago. before opening my childminding setting I was involved in lots of voluntary childcare settings: playschemes, play groups, creches, mother and toddlers. I focus on learning and developing through indoor and outdoor play, lots of activities such as: walks, park trips, exploring the woods, visiting museums/farms/zoo, painting, chalks, dress up, play doh, water play, singing and stories. I am to make everyday fun and exciting!

My Qualifications

Ofsted registered. Pediatric first aid trained. Childminding qualifications. Safeguarding training. DBS checked.

My Availability

opening times are 8am to 5pm monday to friday with the flexibility to open early/late when needed.
