Very warm, loving and experienced!

I was very anxious and sceptical about the fact I had to send my 9-month-old to childcare, I wanted to find a place my daughter would be happy to attend and I have found exactly that – Tashande and Sachia at “Gentle hands” could not have made this process any easier for us. I had a lot of questions when making a choice and I was never made felt my questions were too much. They offered days we could attend prior to starting to settle in which took a lot of my anxiety away! My daughter settled in within a few days and I can now see a smile on her face each morning I take her there - the place offers a lot of activities for children and continuously add something new for the children’s daily entertainment. The change and development I have seen in my daughter thanks to the 2 ladies is amazing! I can tell my daughter feels at home every time she goes.

I could not thank Tashande and Sachia enough – my little daughter is thriving and happy, I get sent daily pictures of her activities and they also made sure her 1st birthday was made special, I could not have made a better choice!
