About Me
We are Adam & Nicola. I’m a building surveyor and Nicola is an occupational therapist. We have two boys - Lochlyn who is 5 and Henry who is 4. We live in Bishopton.
Lochlyn is a very cuddly and giggly boy who loves tickles and books. He is in primary school locally.
Henry is a full of beans kid who loves daft games, rough and tumble and music. He is at nursery and will be starting school either this year or next.
Both boys have language delays so we would need someone who has experience with similar additional support needs.
My Requirements
We are looking for two roles. These roles would ideally be done by the same person if possible.
(1) a casual babysitter, 2-3 times per month, on weekends either daytime or evenings. This is to allow mum and dad to go out for the occasional dinner or meet up with friends. This can be either at your house or ours. No overnights would be needed. Dinners, baths and bedtime would be needed.
(2) a childminder for during school holidays. This would be to cover public holidays, Easter holidays, summer holidays, October week and Christmas holidays. During these times, we would need support on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8am-6pm. It’s important to us for the boys to be around other kids during school holidays so this would definitely be a childminder role rather than a babysitter.
For both roles, we value who you are and the experience you have far more than qualifications and are happy to pay a higher hourly rate for the right person.
