We have two twin girls who will are currently 10 months old (1 year beginning December 2026) I also have a 4 year old boy 50% of the time.
My Requirements
We are both going to be going back to full time work and are reviewing options for having childcare provided in our home ideally Monday, Tuesdays or Wednesday and Fridays with the potential for Thursdays if suitable. Ideally this would be 09:00 - 16:30 on those days with the potential for babysitting outside of that. On the days required, at least one of us will be at home to support as well. The care support will be for the girls and only outside of the regular schedule, would my son be involved. The person taking on care needs to be have full DBS checks in place along with suitable experience. Experience caring for twins/multiples or multiple children of the same age at the same time would be beneficial.
