About Me
My name is Stacey and I am a mum of two fun loving children Jenson (10) and Hattie (4) who both attended full time school. We live in the Birchgrove area and have a pet free home.
I'm a reliable, responsible and creative person who will aim to provide your child with exceptional childcare . I provide a wide variety of exciting experiences for the children in my care. The children's safety and happiness is at the heart of my work. I aim to provide all children with opportunities to reach their full potential.
Ensuring the happiness of your child and for parents/carers to feel confident and at ease in leaving your child with me is something I strive to achieve in my setting.
I am CIW registered, and have completed a paediatric first aid course, level 2 food safety course, safeguarding level 2 and communicating effectively with autism course in the last 6 months.
I have a full UK driving licence, my car is road worthy with appropriate insurance. I have age appropriate child car seats. I have a full up to date DBS check.
My Experience
I have over 12 years’ experience working with children and young people in a range of settings. I have worked in day nurseries, primary schools and youth services throughout Swansea. In my years of working with children I have also supported many children with a range of additional needs to support their development. Ensuring all children are given equal opportunities whilst being made to feel valued and heard is always at the heart of my work.
