Fatiha is dependable, kind, and truly cares about the children she looks after. From day one, she built a strong, trusting bond with my kids and always treated them with patience and respect. She is proactive, organised, and great at balancing fun activities with structure and routines. I felt confident leaving my children in her care, knowing they were safe, happy, and well supported. Any family would be fortunate to have her, and I recommend her without hesitation
