About Me
My name is Janice Wise a mother of 2 teenagers i live in Shenley / St Albans just off Harper Lane in a spacious house with access to a large garden at all times.
I offer a secure nurturing environment for babies and toddlers with a range of toys and activities for all. I also offer healthy nutritious cooked meals for all children.
My Experience
I’m a fully qualified ofsted registered childminder I have undertaken all the relevant training and also completed first aid training which I have certificates for and keep up to date.
I also follow the EYFS principles.
I’ve brought up my own 2 children in caring loving home with my husband. They have grown into very kind respectful people which I am extremely proud of.
My Qualifications
I have completed all the relevant training courses, NCFE CACHE level 3 which covered all the relevant areas in childminding including safeguarding, health and safety, food hygiene, understanding children’s learning outcomes in relation to sequence, rate and stage of development, behaviour management, risk assessments, and equality, diversity and inclusion. I have also completed a Full Paediatric first aid course.
My Availability
I am available during the hours of 7.30am till 6pm Monday - Friday, can accommodate some hours to suit.

- Childminding from £7.00 per hour

Janice is an excellent professional childminder with great communication, care and creates a safe and stimulating environment for children with daily activities and space for them to explore. I am truly grateful for everything Janice has done for my son and would highly recommend.

We have absolutely struck gold finding Janice as our sons childminder. A wonderful woman and a perfect childminder.
My son can’t wait to run inside to see her every morning. Completely puts our mind at ease, sending photos of our son and the activities they do throughout the day.
She always gives us a full report on pick up of what he has eaten and what times he has slept. Couldn’t be happier with the service she supplies.
