I am fortunate enough to have worked within many different households and therefore I understand and have seen the importance of family, diversity and love.
As a manny, I have had the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the lives of the children under my care. I have developed a deep understanding of the magnitude of providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and thrive in. I have honed my skills in delivering age-appropriate activities, creating healthy meal plans and facilitating positive social interactions.
My approach to childcare is based on respect, compassion and open communication. With unwavering creativity and dedication, I'm able to naturally involve children in a wide range of activities. From my experience, the little details in my work are not only constructive but have a positive outcome, I enjoy using games and stories in order to deliver and facilitate a fun and exciting day- helping to change up mundane daily routines.
I hope to encourage and guide the children I care for, to explore their own imagination and discover their desires. I've seen this help build self-confidence, allowing individuals to explore and be expressive.
